First-timer Sylvanus Osoro under social media attack for Raila remarks

South Mugirango MP, Sylvanus Osoro, has come under fire on social media over remarks he made on Tuesday aimed at Raila Odinga.
Accompanied by a number of first-time legislators, Osoro addressed the media at parliament warning Odinga over the plot by Siaya Senator James Orengo to impeach deputy president William Ruto.
The former ODM youth leader was elected on a Kenya Social Congress ticket, a NASA coalition affiliate party but has since changed tone to support Ruto’s presidential ambitions.
“If you think you will occupy Ruto’s position by creating and fabricating stories […] You are not a great politician by defaming your colleagues,” Osoro said.
” We know you are jealous of Ruto’s political career so accept that he is deputy now and will be president of this Republic (of Kenya).”
This has attracted the ire of a section Facebookers, who say, by attacking Odinga, the youthful MP is punching above his weight.
“I wish Hon Osoro could take it slow. Being the first time in parliament, it night be his last too,” commented Evans Makori on a video posted in Facebook.
Barrack Bosire reacted: “Rent seeking behaviour. At least you have publicised yourself by taking about Raila […] What constructive thing have you said since you were born? Bure kabisa.”
A Kepha Obanchi Onchiri said “This boy knows nothing about politics”, while Sila James wondered “you mean now Sylvanus Osoro has b***s to warn Raila?”
Nick Agari said: “Look at this thing ranting here. Maliza pigia Ruto pata yako enda lips rent. Am**i b**a.”
Andrew Nyagwansa wrote: “The people of South Mugirango are keenly watching how this boy continues to misbehave. If you dare abuse Raila as you have continuously done, you are headed home my brother.
” You can consult if you don’t know South Mugirango politics. This is an embarrassment […] We shall put you to your rightful position.”
